My learning
Work through each module at your own pace. Your place is saved as you go. Pass each assessment with at least 85%; if you don’t pass yet, review and try again.
Practice with the Ownward Coach
Choose a mode and describe an anonymous situation. Don’t include names or details that identify a child or staff member.
Safety comes first. The Ownward Coach doesn’t replace safeguarding procedures, emergency procedures, your supervisor, professional judgment, or individualized plans. Conversations aren’t saved and aren’t visible to your director.
Hoorays
Notice what a teammate did, and say why it mattered. Notice. Thank. Repeat.
